Hey so I am in a new area now.  It is pretty great out here. My new comp is elder Bandoli. He is just out of his training so super excited to go and teach and stuff. He is from California. good kid.

Monday: I just packed up and stuff. rolled out. I'm pretty close to san viecente so I was able to make it out there that night. 

Tuesday: Go out and teach some people plus meet some of the members. The members here are super great and way nice. Plus we got this really big spider on a stick and then killed it. good time. 

Wednesday: we went somewhere that I don't remember because I really don't know where anything is. maybe by next week I'll have it down. 

Thursday: we had to go give a blessing to one of the sisters in our district (surprise I'm the district leader again) That was real fun except it took kinda a lot of time out of our day :( but worth it of course. So grateful I am able to give blessing to people in need. 

Friday: We had district council which was pretty good. I haven't had to give a workshop in a while so I was probably a bit rusty but they said I did okay. Also cool story we stopped at a little store to buy some soda and a drunk guy was being really loud. so I started doing sign language at him and he shut right up. then he started signing at me. but of course he didn't know any sign language. but he sure did think we were having a nice conversation. it was pretty funny. don't drink kids. 

Saturday: More of just exploring the area and stuff. had a real good time. 

Sunday: I got to introduce myself to the ward. We also got to teach a nice lady about why we have trials. good time.

This week has been really uneventful.... except that I am getting transferred!!! Pretty cool huh? not a boring week on the mission. 

Monday lets see... nothing really happened I don't think. We probably just taught one or two people. 

Tuesday We had a bit of a rough day. Lots of walking around and nobody letting us teach them. But we did find a couple people that we were able to talk with so that was good. We worked with our bishop in the morning which turns out was a mistake because he asked us to give talks on Sunday.... Just kidding we were happy to be able to give talks. 

Wednesday was also probably a normal day because I don't really remember anything from it. 

Thursday was exactly one month until my birthday. So that was pretty exciting. 

Friday we had district council which was pretty fun. Other than that just a normal day of work. 

Saturday we went back to that one guy who really wanted to go to church (spoiler he didn't) and the lesson was super good. 

Sunday we gave some talks about missionary work and how the members can help us. Then later we had 3 members work with us so I guess we must have said something good.

I love the rain

Dang what a crazy week for me. But it was pretty darn good as well.

Monday Ummmm we probably just lazied around honestly. We had a dinner appointment that had a turkey. That was freakin awesome. I haven't anything like that my whole mission. They had quite the feast for us. 

Tuesday we call you of course. After that we went and tried to teach but lets be honest nobody really wanted to listen to us. All busy and stuff. That't okay I guess. 

Wednesday is 100% a blank in my mind so maybe nothing really noteworthy happened. 

Thursday was a big freakin day. We were getting ready to sit down and the zone leaders called. Guess what. Elder Wells got transferred. That was a pretty big surprise. So now I am in some trio which is a blast. It is me Elder Dala and Elder Anderson. Elder Anderson is from perry and elder Dala is from down south here somewhere. really cool people we have a good time. 

Friday early in the morning it started to rain and rain and rain. We went to district council and during that elder dala came down with a pretty nasty fever. We got home and he just went to bed. Elder Anderson and I just talked the rest of the day. Did I mention that it rained the whole day!

Saturday it just kept on raining. So we got soaked. I went through 2 shirts and pants and still was wet the whole day. But we did have our ward Christmas/newyears party. That was good, great food. 

Sunday I woke up to the beautiful sound of rain. and then when I went to step into our living room I just stepped into like an inch of water. how fun... so we spent a bit of the morning trying to clean that out and then went to church. Did I mention that Friday until sunday night there was no power.... it was a pretty good time.
